The "Mayhem challenges" are viewer submitted challenges. Anyone can suggest a challenge as long as they follow the rules you see below. If you want to submit a suggestion just write a comment on any of my mayhem challenge videos.
RULES:
1) Mention the game in your comment (it could be any GTA game)
2) Mention the starting position (where do I start the challenge)
3) Number your steps (the challenge can have any number of steps)
4) Every step needs to be on a separate row.
5) Only suggest challenges on my mayhem challenge videos.
6) Don't ask me when I would do your challenge. the answer is always I don't know or I may never do it.
7) Make sure your challenge can actually be done, the majority of the ones I get are broken and I cannot use them.

1) Get 3 stars while sliding with a minigun
2) Do a lap around the skate park
3) Complete the BMX challenge
4) Drive with the bicycle to Madd Dogg's mansion
5) Get a 4 star wanted level
6) Steal an Enforcer and drive to San Fierro
7) Steal a plane
8) Get 5 stars and steal an FBI car
9) Steal a Hydra and get 6 stars
10) Destroy 10 Barracks on the way to the casino
11) Lose the wanted level
