Take a few minutes for YOURSELF, to shut out the world, stop the clutter, remove the distraction, and FEEL yourself. Feel how you feel. Just give yourself a virtual hug.

YOU matter. You add your uniqueness to this world.

And take a moment to think about your life, and three things that you're grateful for. Things are pretty awful, but for almost ALL of us, we have things that matter to us that we are grateful for.

Those things will help lift our spirits amidst all that has been (temporarily) taken from us.
