My Review:

Cat's love it as always. it is ready to go. This one is cleaner and clogs less than the pet net. The pet net had a lower angle of food delivery. I give this one a 5 star after 1 month of owning it. If anything changes I will update with a pinned comment.

Question:Is the door solid enough to keep pests away from your pet food?
Answer:Yes, in the closed position it is flush to the unit and would be difficult to pry open. And the top (where you load the food) has a very secure slide latch that needs a finger to operate it (recessed).

Question:What is the return policy? If this doesn't work for my cat, can I return it?
Answer:I tried to return mine bc there are off gasses from the plastic that i feel are toxic to my cat. They are very good at customer service for returns however amazon gives you 7 days only for a refund and you pay shipping. I didn't return mine bc the shipping costs were as much as the unit. Waste of money for me.

Question:is this weather proof if sitting on a porch and will I be able to keep a racoon out of it?
Answer:Dear, pls place this auto feeder indoors. Rains will affect it. and any animals can eat foods from the feeder, i think you have no ways to keep racoon out of it, except placeing it in your room.
