Hello! Today you get to see me throw 1,000 miles of tread life out the window! Yay!

On a real note, todays video will be testing if burning out before a dig ACTUALLY improves 0-60 times. Our results may differ from your own, so please take this video with a grain of salt. Ambient temps, altitude, road coefficient, etc., all take part in a 0-60 time. We are near sea level at ~70*F outside on "standard" roads for Nevada.

So, does doing a burnout with line lock improve your 0-60 MPH times? Well, I got a 0-60 in 4.38 seconds WITHOUT line lock (which was better than WITH line lock). So, if you're not on a drag strip, it probably is not worth the tread life of your tires.
