Wil Dasovich joined a professional freediving competition in Batangas, Philippines and broke the National Record for Static Apnea (breath hold) at the Lawom Pool Center in Mabini with a time of 5 minutes and 39 seconds. Here is Wil and his coach Ian Ebarle’s full performance. Wil 's instructor is World Champion Freediver Florian Dagoury (aka @Mr10minutes on instagram) who he claims can teach anyone how to hold their breath for 5 minutes with his one on one online coaching.
