00:21 - The Macs Adventure App
Here you'll find everything you need to prepare for your trip. You can also use your app offline and it's available on Apple and Android. When registering an account, please use the same email that you gave us when making a booking. Please note, two people in your party cannot share the same email.

01:05 - Your Macs Account
All documentation for your trip can be found on your Macs account. Your information pack is sent to the lead booker, but we're happy to help anyone travelling with us. Just give us a call.

01:45 - Luggage Transfers
Most of our trips include luggage transfers. Helping you love your journey.

02:07 - Passenger Transfers / Airport Pick-up
When you arrive at the airport, your driver will have your name on a sign to shuttle you to your first accommodation. If you're unsure if your airport transfers are included, please reference your inclusions and exclusions. Many of our trips do include taxi transfers, but they will not show in your account until the weeks prior to your trip.

02:23 - Food & Drink
All of our trips will include a delicious breakfast and may offer a packed lunch if you want. However, we do encourage you go out and try some local cuisine while you're on your trek. Exploring the local area for dinner is a true highlight of our Macs Adventure trips. When booking a trip, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements, and it's also a good idea to remind your hotel at check-in.

If your trip has any vouchers, you can find these under 'My Trip Notes' and 'My Documents' on your Macs account.

03:03 - Essential Items
There are some essential items that we highly recommend you bring on a Macs Adventure trip. While much of your kit is up to you, we provide a full list in your info pack.

04:25 - Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory when setting off on a Macs Adventure. If you don't have travel insurance, contact us for a recommendation.
