Pilot Major Daniel M. tells us what it was like to fly yesterday on the legendary F104 Starfighter and today on the incredible Eurofighter Typhoon, via the F16 Falcon. Names that to those who, like me, are passionate not only about cars but also about military aviation, already cause chills. Think of this boy, who grew up in his bedroom with model supercars and airplanes, finding himself inside a Pagani Huayra R on a military airport, seeing in the right window an EFA that fires engine up to start with afterburners. This year our Italian Air Force turned exactly 100 years old, while the little Drive Experience turned 10. The last time I had been to Pratica di Mare base it was 1998 and the 75th anniversary, I went back this year for the centenary and saw people around in our T-shirts. I had been talking to the 4th Wing in Grosseto about this possibility for a while, and that day I became convinced that there were many like me among you, who are interested in pure power all round. We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate with you.
