This is a quick demonstration on how to roll a kayak using a C to C method. I also show here back deck rolls, and sweep rolls although I don't go into detail about how to do them. The key is practice as much as you can. I hope this serves as a good review or refresher. If you're new to this, I highly recommend starting with someone more experienced. Good luck with it and stay safe out there!
