Airbnb is taking legal action against party goers in California. Setting a legal precedent, this is the 1st time airbnb has sued one of its users for a violation of its terms of service.

This will have huge consequences long term for airbnb hosts, users, and for the platform as a whole because it may set a legal precedent.
