We have a playlist for sweet potato propagation that we have been documenting over the last few years and this year we are propagating sweet potato vines with stem cuttings and then rooting them in mason jars. Each fall when we harvest the sweet potatoes we also pot up the roots of a few plants and keep them alive over the winter so we can multiply the plants before we plan them.
