This business has been around for years but shared economy’s influence has changed the business model to allow you to automate the process and run your business from just your cell phone using apps like airbnb!

This nightly rental strategy can turn a bad real estate deal around, prevent foreclosure, and allow you to do more deals, as nightly rental properties have completely different criteria from a traditional investment home. Unlike a traditional investment property, a nightly rental property can be located in the worst school district and on a major road, can have no parking and 95% of the time the crime rates in the area do not matter as long as the conditions are not horrible and as long as the crime is not happening right in front of the building. With this criteria you can get a potential discount of $20K- $200K and this nightly rental property has the potential to cash flow higher than a house located in the best area with the best school district with the lowest crime rate.
