I crashed my Mavic air 2 a few weeks ago in Miami and I finally got the replacement from DJI. Thank goodness I paid for insurance. I definitely recommend insurance for everyone because sometimes the unthinkable happens.

I selected the express option when filing my claim and it took literally one week to get my replacement drone.

There was a $69 charge for filing the claim and I was emailed a UPS shipping label to send the original drone back to DJI.

I only sent the aircraft and all the propellors. They did NOT want the remote or batteries or other accessories sent. only DRONE and PROPELLORS.
