Captain Tevin Imlach has heaped praises on the Guyana Harpy Eagles players following their success in the just concluded Cricket West Indies Four-Day Championship.

The Guyana Harpy Eagles rebounded from a no-result and a defeat in the first two rounds to win five games on the trot and retain the title.

After winning their final round game inside three days against the Combined Campuses and Colleges, the Harpy Eagles had to wait on the conclusion of the other matches to know the over champions.

At the conclusion of it all, the Harpy Eagles accumulated 103.8 points to finish ahead of Windward Islands Volcanoes on 98.2.

They were followed by Leeward Islands Hurricanes (94.0 points), Barbados Pride (92.8 points), Trinidad and Tobago Red Force (92.0 points), West Indies Academy (71.6 points), Jamaica Scorpions (59.4 points) and Combined Campuses and Colleges (30.2 points).
