The Hyper Hydroform was one of my favorite Walmart bikes, but recently it was discontinued. It has now been replaced by 2 new Hyper bikes: Hyper Explorer HT (hardtail) and the Hyper Explorer Full Suspension MTB. I have purchased both of these bikes, along with the new Hyper Carbon X 29er, and this video is my first look at the Hard tail version of the new Hyper Explorer.

We're finally seeing 1x drivetrains hit Hyper bicycles, but in equipping the Explorer HT they also made a few sacrifices to meet the price point. Check out the video, then comment below with your opinions on the new Explorer HT and how you think it stacks up against the older Hydroform.
