Thanos’ Reason For Using the Infinity Stones Again In Marvel Avengers Endgame

The last time we saw the Mad Titan Thanos use the Infinity Stones, it didn’t go particularly well for our heroes. During Avengers: Infinity War, we saw Thanos seemingly accomplish his goal of collecting all of the Infinity Stones, putting them in the Infinity Gauntlet and causing the decimation. Many fans thought that he’d give the stones a rest for at least some time in Avengers: Endgame, but a new trailer makes it seem as though this isn’t the case.

In one of the many Endgame trailers, we heard Black Widow remark that Thanos had once more utilized the Infinity Stones, but what purpose could he have had for doing so? Especially since it appears as though the Avengers and the remaining Guardians of the Galaxy haven’t yet confronted him. We’ll explore some reasons Thanos may have had for utilizing the Infinity Gauntlet again. Could it have had something to do with reviving some members of the Children of Thanos? After all, we saw his Black Order get wiped out during the last movie. Maybe he needed to use the Infinity Gauntlet to protect himself from a new villain or an old enemy, or maybe he just needed to find the perfect place to start his new life as a farmer.
