We all experienced the crush of modern life. Anxiety is at an all time high. We're caught between the merciless waters of a culture that pushes us to be and do more. How do we manage that? Stephen is a whole person, productivity coach and founder of the Monk Manual. After spending a decade pushing himself to every limit in his work alongside his colleagues and friends. He slowed down, look around, and realized something was wrong. Modern productivity has given all the right answers to the wrong questions and was robbing him of the two things he was actually seeking peace and fulfillment. Determined to find a way of life that accounts for the whole person, body, mind and spirit, Stephen began a soulful journey that led him to launch a monk manual.

Since its founding, Monk Manual has grown by the average of 200% year over year, with tools and education that have now impacted the lives of over 100,000 people. Stephen also serves as a strategic consultant to a number of four profit and nonprofit companies.
