This is my introduction for you guys to Indian cooking. This, like fish & Chips, is a major comfort food for me and it’s absolutely delicious. I’m not saying mine is the best, but it’s pretty damned good. My Naan bread however? I’ll put it up against anyone. And it’s 100% gluten-free and celiac safe (as always). Enjoy!
