We all understand the importance of having a strong core.

In fact, the majority of lower back, hip, and even knee patients that I treat in my clinic would never even be my patients in the first place if they just participated in the RIGHT core strengthening.

Now - notice that I said the RIGHT core strengthening. There are certain exercises that work certain key muscles that will ultimately bring you better results.
