My second Ask Micki video. This time: my top 5 tips for calming anxiety.

Pam from the South West asks: "I am feeling anxious with the pandemic and now Christmas on top. What can I do to calm my anxiety down?" In this video, I'll take you through my top 5 tips to calm acute and long-term anxiety. We'll go over why the vagus nerve and amygdala are important in this, and I'll demonstrate my favourite techniques to strengthen vagal tone, activate the vagus nerve and switch on the parasympathetic nervous system. I truly hope it helps. Please discuss with your chosen health practitioners, always.

ABOUT: After 30 years in natural medicine, I've stopped clinic work for a bit to concentrate on creating resources that can hopefully change lives! I want to show you the tips and tricks from clinic that will help you get - and stay - well.
