This is my Sherline 2000 milling an 1"x 8" x 12" block of aluminum with a 1/8" carbide end mill. I'm using the 7x13 tool plate and the 10k rpm pully kit. The coolant system is DIY inspired by Goose's Sherline coolant system. There are 16 mounting points on 1/2 standoffs because 6 parts will come out of this one piece of stock. Each part has two mounts and the block has four. I'm posting this video as I wait so I'll post the finished job when done. Crossing fingers nothing messes up.
