CONTEXT ON THE CASH BUYERS' BUSINESS MODEL

STEP 1 - FIND
Cash Buyers' are usually spending several thousands to tens of thousands of dollars per month on different marketing streams in order to find houses to flip & to put them under contract.

STEP 2 - FIX
Then it's the renovation phase! This is where your Cash Buyer will be responsible for hiring and managing contractors, ordering materials, and obtaining permits in order to renovate the property to current market trends. As you can imagine, this is a major part of the process that takes a ton of time and resources!

STEP 3 - FLIP
Last but not least is the sale of the newly renovated property! Now your Cash Buyer must be in constant communication with a real estate agent and multiple potential buyers in order to sell the property for top dollar!
