These chives bread are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with many layers.
Ingredients (For making 16 mini bread)
Dough:
150g All purpose flour
60g boiling water
50g cold water
10g duck fat (can be replaced with same amount of lard or vegetable oil)
Flour and fat mixture:
100g all purpose flour
60g duck fat
Chives filling:
20g chives
10g all purpose flour
15g duck fat
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
Topping:
Raw white sesame seeds
Preheat the oven to 220C/430F, bake for 15 minutes
