自制叉烧酱, 不加人造色素诱惑红 (Allura red),不加红曲粉(红曲粉由红曲米研磨而成。红曲米是由稻米采用红曲霉菌发酵而产生。过量食用会对肝脏肾脏造成伤害)。做叉烧肉,叉烧包,超级放心,好吃。在这里我用红椒粉代替红曲粉。

食材 ingredients:
料汁:sauce
生抽 1/2 cup light soy sauce
老抽 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
蚝油 1/4 cup oyster sauce
鱼露 2 tbs fish flavor sauce
白糖 3 tbs sugar
红糖 4 tbs brown sugar
红椒粉 2 tbs paprika
洋葱粉 1 tbs onion powder
水 120ml water

自制蒜蓉 2 tbs homemade minced garlic
蜂蜜 2 tbs honey
玉米淀粉 2 tbs corn starch (+160ml water)
