June 9, 2023: My best railfanning day in 2023! CP 8781, CN 3888, KCS 4006, NS 8101, CN 2756, and 4 Grey Ghosts! Plus some great shots of regular trains! Enjoy!

We follow the CPKC Shreveport Terminal Sub north from Shreveport's Deramus Yard to Texarkana, where we catch a flood of southbound trains in many spots in Louisiana and Texas. We sit at Tower 42, Texarkana's major interlocking, and catch two trains before the cameras and phones overheat in the Texas sun. Following the UP Little Rock Sub south, we catch 3 northbound trains, one of which has a surprise NS Heritage Unit.
