In today's video, I'm making 3 different snacks that you can put in your freezer! You can make these all at once or prepare them individually. Use these for delicious after-school snacks, evening snacks, or maybe even for breakfast!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins:

Ingredients:
-1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-3 ripe bananas
-1/4 cup honey
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-1 egg
-1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
-1 tablespoon milk
-1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
-In a medium bowl, mash the bananas. Then mix in the honey, vanilla, oil, egg, yogurt, and milk. Fold in the chocolate chips.
-Divide into a greased muffin tin, and bake for 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

English Muffin Pizzas:

Ingredients:
-6 English muffins
-6-ounce can tomato sauce
-1 teaspoon basil
-1 teaspoon oregano
-1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella

Instructions:
-Slice each English muffin in half and lay face up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
-In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, basil, and oregano.
-Place a spoonful of sauce on each muffin half, then top with the mozzarella.
-Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely frozen, then transfer to two gallon-sized freezer bags.
-When ready to eat, place one or two in a toaster oven for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
