In Leicester; this wonderful Desi Cafe serves up Mumbai style "Fully Loaded" toasted and grilled sandwich treats cooked just like you would get in India.

TOAST SANDWICH RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
White Bread is buttered and then offered with a choice of some or all of the following: Green Chutney, Spicy Mashed Potato, freshly cut Red Onion, Green Capsicum, Tomato, given a sprinkle of Sandwich Chaat Masala, once the sandwich is fully toasted Sev, Squirt of Ketchup.
