Barnacle is an alternative to the traditional parking boot. It uses two large suction cups and 1,000 pounds of force to attach to a motorist's windshield. Not only is Barnacle a more efficient solution for parking enforcement officers, it also allows motorists to easily remove the parking boot by paying the fine online and entering a code to disable it.
