This goodbye came earlier than expected. Castiel was a great character. Who knew what one man named Dean Winchester could make this angel do. He rebelled, he stood up against his brothers. He chose his friends over his fellow angels. The love for Dean was so strong. Dean taught him everything about the earth, about humanity. He has evolved so much since first appearing in season 4. I am so glad he got this moment with Dean. They were best friends. The angel and the hunter. This will hit Dean so hard.
I'll miss him.
