About a week ago, SledgeLIX released the NASCAR Thunder 2000 mod for the GameCube version of NASCAR Thunder 2003. To celebrate, I thought I would do something a little different, and upload footage of several different demo races from NT2000.

One of the features of the older EA NASCAR games was "Demo Mode". If you leave the game idle long enough in the main menu or on the title screen, the game will start up a quick race with the AI. It's sorta like an "attract mode" from an old arcade game. Since the races were so short, in addition to the fact that there were often no cautions, the races were often pretty exciting.

I went ahead and uploaded footage from seven such demo races. Depending on how much traction this video gets, I may end up doing more of these in the future.

Also, nice moment by the AI at 6:36 there. I don't know what it is with the AI and Turn 2 at Michigan, but between WindVOW8820 and recently MimNickyu787B's playthroughs, I'm starting to think the AI just don't know how to approach that corner in any way that doesn't involve ARCA brakes.

And, yes, I know that the video is actually more like 55 minutes and 44 seconds long, and not a flat 55 minutes.
