Dinner - GLUTEN FREE pesto prawn pasta
Dinner - Pork mince stir fry basil with 2 side dishes
Dinner - Chicken stir-fry rice and quinoa
Recipe:

1/2t salt, 1/4t pepper, 1 garlic, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 2T seeds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil.
