I have been going through treatment with Dr. Estrabillo to bring my mandible forward, to improve my breathing, appearance, and posture. This video is documenting the results of this appliance I have been using.

Mewing had helped me to a certain extent, this appliance was intended to help shift my bite forwards. In doing so, we have increased the vertical dimension at my TMJ.

I hope that this video can give you some insight into how this was done, in case you want to do something similar in the future. I am working on creating a list of dentists who would do this type of treatment.

Once my mandible had shifted forwards, mewing became much more effective because my tongue was pushing with more force against my maxilla. I look forward to sharing future mewing results in the future!
