Spray paint gets a bad reputation for being flaky, but that's usually a result of poor prep work before painting, and for finished plastics like the one's in your car's interior, that prep work is essential to a good paint job.
Getting good results is actually really easy, it just requires a little extra work and using primer and clear along with whatever paint you intend to use.
