The newly renovated Caesars buffet the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace Las Vegas reopens after more than a year with new menu items like Roman style pizza, cheeseburger bao, and duck carnitas quesadillas, dim sum carts serving Japanese hot dogs and lobster bisque, and a wider selection of Asian dishes than ever before including Japanese, Chinese, Filipino, Indonesian, Laotian, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese. There's plenty of seafood like lobster claws, scallops on the half shell, and snow crab legs, and meat like prime rib, turkey, ham, and American wagyu steamship.
