Despite the thick mist, we managed to locate the Twelve Apostles stone circle on Burley Moor - often called Ilkley Moor - in West Yorkshire.

A late Neolithic stone circle with a complicated history, it is nonetheless, an evocative site for pre-historic fans.

The sun did eventually break through, enabling us to put the new fake drone (Hover Air X1) through its paces on the return leg of this rambling hike, ending in pitch darkness.
