Thanks for watching. We have used and abused out Pit Boss Pellet Grill as you can see. It was time to do maintenance.
We scraped inside and out. Then vacuumed it out real good. We did additional scraping and repeated the process several times. We then used an orbital sander with 80 grit sandpaper and sanded all areas we could reach. The areas we couldn't, we hand sanded. This was in the drum and outside of the drum. We degreased the whole grill inside and out, sanded and degreased again until we were satisfied with the results. Once dry, we taped everything up that did not need to get painted. We sprayed the black parts as needed using the paint listed below.
