Mushrooms Part 3 of 3.

In this final episode of this series I showcase Lobster mushrooms. Yes, it was one of the wild forest mushrooms.
I have singled it out to make mushroom gravy, due to its earthy flavour.
Join me on this adventure. You will not be disappointed.

Lobster Mushroom Gravy.

Handful of soaked lobster mushrooms, if acquired dried.

Sauté the mushrooms in a little oil until the reach the desired texture.

Place a few of the mushrooms in a blender with dried sage and thge water that you soak the mushrooms in. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed.

In a pot create a rue using butter and flour. Pour in your blended mixture and simmer until the desired thickness is achieved. You may have to add a bit more flour and water to achieve desired thickness.

You will know it is ready once you sample it.
