Nothing on TV, check out the "It's Go Time" Camp Spring Trip 2021 video. A lot of fun, good cooking, fishing, and just the normal that you get our Camp near Wellsboro, PA.
Join @sintax77 , the Chairman, CampCook, and @whiterook85 for a weeks worth of fun. I was up a few days solo, then joined by Shawn for a day, then in rolled Mike and Steve.
The Camp finally sprung for a new grill to replace the old one that Cook tried to burn up many, many times. It lasted a while, and cooked up some great meals for the guys. Almost sorry to see it go, but off it went to the dump. The new Char-Broil infrared should be around for a long time also. It performed well this trip, and I'm sure it will continue.
Fishing around Liberty, and Morris were up first, and Steve managed to land a nice palomino trout. A nice looking water fall and rock formation were also in that general area.
Cooked up some fine pork ribs on the smoker for Thursday night. They were a hit and got finished off on Saturday night as a late night snack.
Then off to the Cook Off were Mike and Steve each got a chance to cook a meal. It was judged by Shawn, and the results were read around the campfire to some hilarious results.

Kick back and enjoy, relax and forget about things for an hour or so.
