Come along with me to the very first night of Sweethearts Nite at Disneyland in 2023! This is one of my favorite after hours Disneyland events because it is Valentine's Day themed and has lots of character meet and greets, "step into the scene" photo ops, a special fireworks show, Valentine's Day themed food, great entertainment and limited merchandise.

I tried to sample a variety of different food offerings including the Mickey Mouse Succulent Parfait from Rancho del Zocalo, the Kiss-tachio Raspberry Pretzel from Refreshment Corner, Bear-ia Loaded Steak Fries and Tres Leches Mini Funnel Cakes from Hungry Bear Restaurant and the Sprinkles Sundae from The Golden Horseshoe which is a seasonal speciality rather than a Sweethearts Night food offering.

There is a ton of entertainment and I wasn't able to catch everything, but I loved seeing the Royal Ball with the live music and characters dancing with the crowd as well as the jazz music that was played aboard the Mark Twain.

I met a few characters including Chip n Dale and their sweetheart Clarice, Esmerelda & Phoebus, and Bernard & Biance. My last stop was to grab the Magic Key Valentine giveaway that they had at Star Wars Launch Bay.
