Hi, I'm Crystal. I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis seventeen years ago, at the age of 23. This year I turn 40 and, though I still have the condition, I'm finally free of the suffering that consumed my life for so many years.

In addition to managing my own gastroparesis, I spent a decade as a Certified Health Coach helping others work to reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Through my books, Eating for Gastroparesis and Living (Well!) with Gastroparesis, and coaching programs, I helped thousands of people with gastroparesis around the world.

But it was all from an outside-in approach that only went so far. People were still suffering from having gastroparesis. I was still suffering from having gastroparesis! What changed everything for me was a very different approach... one that comes from the inside out.

I really believe that finding freedom from the suffering around gastroparesis is possible for -- and available to -- everyone... regardless of the severity of symptoms or how long you've had the condition. I hope you'll come along as we explore what the inside-out approach to living WELL with gastroparesis is and where freedom really comes from.
