The Swedish National Dish with Meatballs offered by Möllers Köttbullar are made from 100% Organic Minced Beef. The shock-frozen Meatballs are first thawed slowly and then carefully fried in a special roasting pan with constant movement until they are nicely browned on the outside and still juicy and tender on the inside. In addition to the Meatballs, the Classic Dish consists of Mashed Potatoes, Cream Sauce, Cucumber Salad and Cranberries, all according to our own recipe. In Berlin Kreuzberg we were able to look over the shoulder of the Möllers Köttbullar Boss and his Team while preparing the extremely delicious Swedish National Dish.

[2] Natural Apple Color to brown the Sauce

Apple Color is used to brown a cream sauce, but at the same time to refine the taste due to the sugar content.

[3] Swedish Cucumber Salad

Classically consisting of fresh Cucumbers, Onions, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Salt, Vinegar and Dill, it is completely natural like everything at Möllers Köttbullar - and therefore extremely tasty!

[4] Swedish Meatballs Cream Sauce

Consisting of fresh Ingredients such as Onions, Butter, Cream and a seasoning mixture based on Möllers Köttbullar's own Recipe.
