We live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and we have extremely cold and snowy winters. We needed a multipurpose chicken coop that we didn’t have to run electricity to in order to heat it. We designed the coop to heat up in the winter all by a simple greenhouse style design and some easy to use insulation.
