Matthew Kaufman, Partner/Attorney, Hathaway & Kunz, examined the decentralized autonomous organizations (DAO) that were established by the Wyoming Legislature in 2021. Kaufman spoke at the 2021 Wyoming Blockchain Stampede Law Conference Sept. 23 at the University of Wyoming.

The Stampede was also streamed live online and drew speakers and participants interested in blockchain, cryptocurrency and digital assets.
