The Legacies series finale was everything it need to be. Even though we could very easily see a season five for this show, they managed to pull together a very solid ending to this roller coaster of a show. Caroline's return is definitely one memorable highlight and almost every character seemed to get some version of their happy ending. The Salvatore School remains open, which also makes us a little bitter that we can't see what happens next for Hope and the students. Ultimately, it was Klaus's cameo that gave this series the finale the emotional punch that it needed.
