Grand Prairie, Texas is one of the most affordable suburbs in Dallas, and it’s close to everything!
There are lots of things to do in Grand Prairie. A few things I talk about in more detail in this video are:

- Lone Star Park
- Trader’s Village
- The Prairie Lights
- Airhogs baseball games at Texas Stadium
- Uptown Theater
- Epic Waters

There’s definitely something for everyone here.

The two houses we see in this video range from $300,000 to just under $500,000, and you get a lot of house for your dollar! The average home sale price is just $306,000 – much lower than the average of most Dallas suburbs. That’s because Grand Prairie is a well-established neighborhood. You get a great community feel here, and you’ll find that many of the homes on the market are renovated and ready to move into. Grand Prairie is a unique city that many people overlook when making their move here.
