We have a very special guest with us today. Dr. Chris Knobbe is a clinical associate professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Knobbe is a doctor of ophthalmology. He is an eye physician and eye surgeon.

Dr. Knobbe discovered the great impact of diet on the body from his own personal experience with arthritis. After many of his physician colleagues tried to help him medically, a dietary change is what made the true difference.  

In this interesting interview, we're going to discuss the impact of vegetable oils on the eyes. This is something that's rarely talked about but is incredibly important.

Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. He is the author of the best-selling book The Healthy Keto Plan, and is the Director of Dr. Berg Nutritionals. He no longer practices, but focuses on health education through social media.
