The burning question every UL fresher is thinking... how much free stuff do we get on orientation?

As we enrol thousands of new first-year students we asked some current and graduating students to recall their orientation week and do an 'unboxing' of the orientation packs and look at some of the free stuff you can get your hands on.

Here are some other things to expect at your orientation:

1. WELCOME ADDRESS
During the welcome address you will be welcomed to UL by the President, Dean of your Faculty and UL Student Life. At the end of the welcome address you will be introduced to your
Orientation Guide.

2. ORIENTATION GUIDES
Orientation Guides are current students who will show you and your new classmates the different facilities and services available to you as a student of the University of Limerick. During Orientation, if you have a question or if you need a bit of advice, your Orientation Guide is the person to ask.

3. INTO TO YOUR ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT OR SCHOOL
At your Academic Department or Programme Meeting you will meet the faculty and the staff members who will teach and assist you during your studies at the University of Limerick. During the information session you will be given an overview of how the department is structured and you will also hear about the Student Advisor System operated by the University of Limerick
