Never stay in Zolo PG Scam?
I stayed in Zolo Polaris, Yujo. Here is my feedback

- You won’t get your deposit back
- Monthly Electricity will be 1000-2000, Excluding the rent
- No Food
- Washing machines won’t work
- Property managers are useless
- While Exiting while claiming a deposit, they will charge exit charges of 3000-4000.
- Daily free passive cigarette smoking
- WATER Problem exactly in the Mornings.
- Wi-Fi won’t work for 29 days in a month.
- Free cockroaches 🪳 everywhere.
- Additional 2000 will be charged while exiting if you stay under 12 months.
- Notice period rent of whole month must be paid while exiting without even staying.

If you want to get scammed, go ahead and stay.
