NEAR BIG BEAR (LLN) - Multiple spin-outs and crashes have made for a holiday weekend nightmare for people going to and from the mountain community of Big Bear. Traffic is at a dead stop at times which took almost 3 hours to travel from Snow Valley to Big Bear.
