The reflection that serves as the axis of this panel of experts is whether we are already at a time to take advantage of artificial intelligence in order to improve the teaching process, and what is still needed to move to a stage where all types of institutions, not only recognize its usefulness, but see it as a valuable opportunity for learning. In this sense, several of the keys to any transition in education marked by technology are teacher training, knowledge about how new products and services work, in this case associated with artificial intelligence, and, finally, the ethical aspects derived from its use.
