Here are two pieces of film taken upon departure from Southampton on 18th November 2006 and her subsequent transatlantic run to Fort Lauderdale. Her port side whistle comes from the original Queen Mary in Long Beach. It used to sit on her middle funnel until it was removed in 1970 and placed in the Queen Mary Museum aboard the great ship. In 2004 it was restored and added to R.M.S. Queen Mary 2. Enjoy!
